Information regarding warranty provision
To request a warranty replacement, please contact us and provide the following information:• A photo of the damaged phone case or screen protector (Tip: Use your phone and a mirror to take the photo)
• Proof of purchase/order reference number for the SALTOINC product
• Your complete mailing address and contact phone number so we can arrange shipment.
• Our warranty covers any damage to the device casing (excluding screen protectors), but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or product misuse/abuse, nor does it cover screen damage caused by the use of our products.
I don't have proof of purchase, can I still apply for a warranty replacement?• Unfortunately, if you did not purchase directly from SALTOINC and do not have proof of purchase, we will be unable to process an exchange for you.
